Scolari's often has their pork tri tip on sale so I'm always on the lookout for recipes!
Wouldn't you know in this month's Real Simple magazine there was a 3-ingredient recipe for pork tenderloin on the BBQ?! I like cooking on the BBQ during the summer so the house doesn't heat up.
Brown Sugar-Glazed Pork
In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce a 2 tablespoons brown sugar. Season 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 1/4 pounds) with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teasponn black pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until the internal temperature reaches 150* F, 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with the Worcestershire mixture during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Serves 4
We have tried this recipe and it is easy and yummy!
