It's a good thing he "yuvs" potatoes because they've been so darn cheap! We like 'em baked, mashed, fried with hot dogs, twice baked...Have you got any good potato recipes to share?

Yeah, I take baked potatoes and scrape out the pulp. I mix that with ranch dressing, cheese, broccoli and crumbled bacon--stuff the filling back in and bake again. Even my kids eat them.
