The $5.00/4 Target manufacturer coupons DID NOT work for this. My advice is to save yourself the pain and agony and just use them at Target even though they are manufacturer coupons.

ALSO Safeway stores are offering a FREE product coupon every day through December 24th. (Check your ad for the coupons.) These coupons are valid with a $20 purchase.

If you are buying $20.00 worth of cereal BEFORE coupons I would buy the free product as well, give the cashier the free product coupon first and then the cereal coupons. I've never had a problem with this working (except for today). There is no mention of the $20.00 purchase being AFTER manufacturer coupons.
