I was just at CVS on the corner of Los Altos and Sparks (not the one on Vista) last night and they had a couple of racks of random clearance items. Some of the stuff I liked were:
girls hair accessories: 34-50 cents
hair brushes: $1.29
sunscreen: $1.29
bald head lotion: can't remember the price, but someone may need it
There were quite a few other things as well, marked at about 90% off. Don't make a special trip there because clearance items move fast, but if you're driving by you may want to run in and see what's left. One rack was right inside the first set of doors where the carts are kept, the other rack is right inside the second set of doors to the right.
